I placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation. Did you receive my order?
You will receive a conformation email from us when you place an order. First, check that the order confirmation email has not gone into the trash or spam folders in your email account. If you still have no confirmation, then it is likely that the order has been unsuccessful. There are a number of reasons why an order hasn’t been successful. It could be due to the payment not being accepted or the order being placed under a different account. If you wish to double check whether an order has been placed, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to investigate this further for you.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
Once you submit an order on the Site, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, because of the speed and efficiency of our order processing and fulfillment. If you would like to make changes to, or cancel, your order, please email email@example.com. Any cancelled order will be promptly refunded.
Can I choose the products I want in the Mate of the Month packages?
Yes - Sauce types are pre-selected, however feel free to customize your order checking the products you would like to receive.
Can I gift wrap an order?
We currentlly don't offer a gift wrapping service - however please advise if this is something you would appreciate us incorporating at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I ship 1 order to multiple locations?
No. An order can only shipped to one location.
How do I track my order?
You can track your orders using the 'Postal tracking link' provided in all order dispatch emails, as well as in the 'Orders' sections of 'My Account'.
How are sales taxes handled on the site?
All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. However, at this stage, there is no sales tax applied to any shipment of our food items across the USA.
Are there corporate discounts available for large orders?
TopMates® may use discretion in applying special discounts for large orders. Please contact email@example.com to discuss.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your concern.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or that you received a defective or damaged item, please email email@example.com within 2 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund and/or replace the item. On some occasions we will require defective or damaged items to be returned.
Can I purchase your products in retail stores?
We are in the process of identifying suitable retailers for our products. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, if you would like your local retailer to become a stockist.
